Refund policy & End-on-end fares Updates

With the new VN system, all no-show bookings, including un-ticketed and redundant segments after an itinerary change, will now be automatically processed. This means all downline segments (except OAL flights) will be cancelled for both international and domestic segments 6 hours after a no-show.

NO-SHOW Booking

Vietnam Airlines want to remind VN does not accept payments for Travel documents (air tickets/EMD) made by cards issued in the name agents or any person permitted to act on behalf of agents. A failure to comply will result in an ADM.
